MIC3 State Coordination Policy - Mar. 8, 2019

Article VIII, State Coordination, of the model compact language, Interstate Compact on Educational Opportunity for Military Children, provides for the appointment of a State Commissioner and a State Council for the implementation, administration, and advocacy of the Compact. This policy ensures compliance with the Statute or Code requirements that each member State maintains a State Commissioner and a State Council
