Dear Commissioners, Designees, and Ex-officio members,
As a follow-up to the Annual Business Meeting and the proposed dues increase, the Finance Committee met on Wednesday, November 20th, and assembled a toolkit to assist commissioners and designees in discussions with your state legislative officials, councils, departments and agencies, and military and other stakeholders.
The toolkit consists of:
– 2024 ABM Finance Presentation
– Information Paper
– FY2020-26 Historical Dues Data
– FY2026-34 State Dues Projections (based on Dec 2023 DEERS data)
– FY2024-34 Projected Budget Forecast (based on 3% inflation)
– ABM Finance Poll Results
As reported in my Finance brief, the item will be on the Docket for Commission vote at the 2025 Annual Business Meeting in Indianapolis, IN.
